2D Flash Games

2008-2009

To explore the concepts of paths and mazes during my PhD research (about the same theoretical concepts) I made a couple of Flash based games about mazes, paths, collection, warping and way-finding. These one screen experiements lead to questioning: How do we use the avatar to navigate paths in the game world? How are paths formed out of the player’s actions? And what is the purpose of warps within videogames?
All games work with cursor keys (up, down, left, right). Click in the game screen to play.
